Day 1: Arrival (Fantasea Show with Dinner)

On your arrival at Phuket, complete airport formalities including custom clearance, visa processing and baggage claim. Thereafter, meet our Local Tour representative who will meet and greet you at the specified area and transfer you to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel and relax (Standard Check in time 1400 - 1500 hours).

In evening, get ready for the famous Phuket Fantasea Show (with Dinner). It is very enjoyable night theme park that depicts the rich and ancient Thai culture. Enjoy buffet dinner and later return to hotel.

Day 2: City tour (Remaining day Free)

Rise to a beautiful morning and have your fill at breakfast. Set out for Phuket City tour to see the best city attractions. Drive along the most spectacular beach roads via Patong, Karon and Kata beaches. Enjoy numerous fun activities at Patong beach and walk along its lovely crescent bay. Relish fresh seafood at the local stalls. Enjoy at the beautiful Karon beach and dive into the warm sea waters at Kata Island to witness the awe-striking coral reef. Visit the extreme south end of Phuket, Promthep Cape to see the majestic sunset views over the ocean. Later visit the famous Rawai beach and finish the tour with a visit to Chalong Temple. Later return to hotel and relax.

Phuket is a beautiful island. In evening, stroll along the sea or explore its local markets. Get acquainted to your nearby areas and enjoy Phuket’s local delicacies. After having Dinner at Indian restaurant, return to hotel for catching a relaxed sleep to charge for the next day.

Day 3: Phi Phi Island tour (with Lunch)

Today after having a fill at morning breakfast, set out to explore Phi Phi Island. It is the most famous sightseeing tour of Phuket. Phi Phi Islands are famous for its unique and beautiful limestone cliffs rising out of sea waters in an unusual manner. Apart from these magical cliffs, you have access to exotic white sand beaches and great opportunity for diving and snorkeling. Explore it in your own style to have real enjoyment.

In evening, return to the hotel and relax. Later, you may step out to explore the happening night life of Phuket. Have Dinner at Indian restaurant & later return to the hotel.

Day 4: Tiger Kingdom (Remaining day Free)

Have a fill at morning breakfast and later set out to explore the famous Tiger Kingdom. Have the wildest experience on your visit & get the best photo memories taken with Tigers!

Remaining day is free at your own leisure. Soak the magical beauty of Phuket in your eyes, mind and camera! Explore the markets and grab great deals at the local markets. If shopping is not that you are looking for, opt for any sightseeing tour (at an extra cost) that suits your interest. Relish local cuisines and this being your last night of the trip, return to the hotel after having Dinner at Indian restaurant & pack your bags today itself as you will have to leave early morning next day.

Day 5: Phuket (Departure)

Wake up early this morning, as you need to check out from the hotel. Today we bid goodbye to Phuket and take transfer from the Hotel to Phuket Airport to board your flight back home. On your return, we would like to receive your feedback about the trip.

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • This package cost is based on national USD rate at Rs. 71/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as USD is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.
  • To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.
  • Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

Terms & Conditions

  • As of now we are not holding any service, it will be subject to availability.
  • Choice of hotel is not available in group tour, mentioned or similar hotel will be provided (kindly check hotel rating and other details on respective website of hotels).
  • SIC means Seat-in-Coach basis. Coach will cover 4 to 5 hotels.
  • Luggage allowed- One hand baggage and Maximum 20 kg's of baggage is allowed. Carriage of Extra Baggage or LCD TV will be at clients own arrangements or at an extra cost, which will be advised by the local tour Operator.
  • Budget Package is not suggested for Couples or Families.
  • This is a promotional package which is available only for limited seats which cannot be hold and are subject to availability of seats on selected departure dates.
  • Tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention.
  • Equivalent (*) means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen dollars
  • Package Cost includes (Ground handling charges) Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)
  • Room type (Double or twin is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel)
  • This package is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Hotel Check in time is 2 PM to 4 PM.
  • Triple occupancy is not allowed in Romeo Palace hotel in Pattaya. In Case Romeo Palace hotel in Pattaya is confirmed in your Package. Then you need to Pay Rs.3500 Extra & you will get one single room for 3rd passenger.
  • Budget hotel with no star category will be booked
  • BREAKFAST: Fixed breakfast as per hotel discretion
  • All dinners will be Indian and will be served at Indian restaurant.
  • Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
  • Schedule advised by Local Representative will be final and you have to strictly adhere the timings.
  • TRANSFERS: Standard bus transport
  • The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.
  • No tour guide/Escort accompanies our groups from India to aboard back to India.
  • Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too (2 to 3 Hr)
  • Scheduling & re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company)
  • Hotels and services quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels and Suppliers, Else similar property (Hotels) will be used. Kindly be advised above rates are as of date and subject to change without prior notice. All our packages are subject to RBI / GOI Rules and Regulation.
  • Baggage Allowance- Generally one suitcase not exceeding 20 Kgs of Weight and 62 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as check in Baggage. One bag of not more than 07 Kgs and 42 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as Handbag/ Cabin Bag in Economy Class. Please reconfirm with your airline before traveling as its subject to vary with different airline.
  • All Tour packages offered by us are governed by the terms and conditions and undertakings in the package tour - service agreement along with the booking form, which are incorporated herein by reference.
  • The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible.
  • Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
  • This intimation supersede all previous offers by us and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
    This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
    • Airlines tickets once issued, ticket amount is totally non refundable and date change is also not allowed.
    • If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, Rs. 10,000/- shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 90% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
    • Cancellation charges for Air Asia or any other low cost carrier ticket booking shall apply as per Airlines cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
    • Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Festivals, Holidays or Long Week ends) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days of travel.
    • We cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa” and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.

    Your booking is having travel tour components which need Guarantee Booking, which means No Cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:
    If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
